Summary ReviewUltimate Werewolf, Like Normal Werewolf, But awesome in every way

THis game is one of my favorite games ever, I've been playing werewolf for years and finally impulse bought this, the new cards are easily worth the price tag
Detailed ReviewI am a huge Werewolf Fan. My Improv Comedy group used to play it back probably five years ago and now I've brought it to my Weekly Game Night. It's always a huge hit.

For those of you who have never played werewolf before it's set up like this.

There are 2 Teams, Werewolves and Villagers

The werewolves win by eating the villagers, the villagers win by lynching the Werewolves.

Every night the players close their eyes and the werewolves secretly kill someone. then the remaining villagers and werewolves wake up, and single out one person to kill. usually it ends up as a huge backstabbing game.

Ultimate werewolf adds many new jobs to the people of the town. In the original there are only Villagers, werewolves and a seer (wakes up at night, and looks for the Werewolves) Ultimate adds in 21 new roles.

    1. Spellcaster: At night, she chooses someone to silence the next day (good for those annoying people in the group)

    2. Apprentice Seer: If the Seer dies during the game, they take over as seer

    3. Bodyguard: Protects one person per night, if that person is attacked by werewolves, they survive.

    4. Diseased: If the diseased is eaten by Werewolves, the werewolves get sick the following night and can't eat anyone.

    5. Hunter: When he dies, he kills one other person of his choice.

    6. Cursed: Is a villager, but when they're attacked by werewolves they become a werewolf.

    7. Cult Leader: He gets to choose another player every night, that person becomes part of his cult. if everyone remaining is in his cult he wins. Bonus to the card because he looks like Steve Buscemi.

    8. Cupid: He chooses 2 people, they become lovers, if one lover dies, the other Commits suicide.

    9. Old Hag: Kicks one person out of the village every day.

    10. Wolf Cub: is a werewolf, but if they get lynched the wolves eat twice the next night

    11. Lycan: Is a villager, but seen as a werewolf by the seer.

    12. P.I.: Never actually used him yet, but he gets to pick one person and he's told whether that person or a neighbor is a werewolf. the rules are a bit hazy about him.

    13. The Masons: 2 Cards, they know who each other are. and also if anyone talks about the masons they are killed by them.

    14. Pacifist: they always vote for other people to live.

    15. Sorcerer: wins with Werewolves, her only job is to find the seer.

    16. Idiot: Always votes for people to die.

    17. Tanner: He hates his life. He wants to die. If he dies the games over and he wins.

    18. Mayor: He votes twice.

    19. Prince: He gets a 'get out of Hanging free card

    20. Witch: Can heal or Kill one player per Game

    21. Lone Wolf: My favorite Card, and the hardest role to win. He only wins if all other wolves and villagers are dead, if he's the last one standing he wins.

Basically, this game is awesome, the new cards add in hours of customizable games.

the only downside is if you have a large scale game make sure you have a very very good moderator, because the whole game can break if he bungles just one thing.
