GOB Retail is located in Clawson, along the border between Oakland and Maccomb counties in the state of Michigan. A near northern suburb of Detroit. The store is in near
proximity to the cities of Royal Oak, Warren, Hazel Park, Madison Heights, Troy, Sterling Heights, Ferndale, Detroit and Berkley and reasonable drive from numerouns other communities,
including Southfield, Rochester Hills, Rochester, St. Clair Shores, Roseville, Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Township, Clinton Township, Shelby Township, Utica, East Pointe, Beverly
Hills, Birmingham,Pontiac, Oak Park and Waterford. The store is just 1 mile east off of I-75, which makes it easily accessible from further out via connections with I-696, I-96 and M59.

Warhammer Painting Contest @ GOB

Warhammer Fans,
GOB Retail will be hosting a painting contest. Details as follows:
Starting today, you can purchase any Warhammer 40K product or Warhammer Age of Sigmar product with 1 or more figure models (no terrain). Minimum purchase will be $25 to enter. We'll record what you got. You will choose one of the models from said purchase as the model you will paint.
You may paint your model from home or wherever you like. This is not a speed painting contest. You may purchase and paint your model any time starting today through through Sunday, February 14th. You will have to turn your completed painted model in for the voting phase.

Jan 19th - Feb 14th
Voting Phase :
Wed Feb 17th - Sun Mar 14th
Any customer may come to GOB starting on Wednesday February 17th through Sunday, March 14th and cast a vote for their favorite paint job. You will be attempting to evaluate the skill, quality, creativity and overall asthetic of the paint job on the model, ergo not voting on the sculpt of the model itself. Everyone may vote one time.
GOB staff has two warhammer players and they also will be voting on the paint submissions with their vote being weighted as 3 votes.
At the end of voting period we will tally the votes and arrived at 1st, 2nd and 3rd place results.
First place will receive a $75 GOB gift card that may be used on any Games Workshop products.
The Footnotes:
The model submitted must be assembled and comprise only of materials that came with the kit. Though outside materials or flocking may be used on the model's base.
