Chants for the Old Ones is a thematic strategy game where your objective is to summon an Old One before any other player. All players will start with the same basic cultists. However, Each Old One has distinct requirements in their invocation chants. The way you build (or deconstruct) your deck will depend entirely on your strategy and objective.
