Looking for help to Modify a Miniature

|I have Imperial Assault and have been painting all the miniatures. I painted some of the Imperial Officers, but I set aside one of them to do a mod. I want to mod one to look like Grand Admiral Thrawn. I don't really want to do anything crazy - mostly just want to change his head.|
This is my source/reference image:
While I'm mildly artistic, I'm no sculptor and the thought of cutting off the hat and trying to use greenstuff to sculpt hair is not something I can do. I was thinking of just cutting off the head and finding a new one from some hero clix or warhammer or something to replace. hack clash royale
Looking for help and would love some guidance on the best approach. Thanks!
